The space

Welcome to our lovely on the bay house with beautiful water views! Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths. Get ready to feel at home in a comfortable setting with many wonderful amenities to offer. It is located in the heart of Ventnor City within walking distance from the beach and boardwalk. A short drive to the Atlantic City Boardwalk, The Casinos, The Walk at Tanger Outlets, Steel Pier Amusement Pier and much more. Perfect for a big family or groups of friends coming on a retreat.

Right at the water's edge! The cozy bedrooms, dining area, galley kitchen, and living room all have water views of the Bay.

1st floor

Half Bath, Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room and Laundry Room. Main Deck and Dock Access

2nd Floor

Bedroom 1 - King Bed with ensuite full bath, upper deck access

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, upper deck access

1 Full Bathroom in Hallway

3rd Floor

Bedroom 3 and 4 - Each has 1 Queen Bed and an adjoining half bath

A Queen air mattress is provided for additional sleeping.

There are smart TVs to stream shows or movies in the living room and each bedroom. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)

There is a BBQ grill available for use. You can watch your favorite show outside the patio from our outdoor TV. Whether indoors or outdoors, all the spaces of this property are wonderful to enjoy with family or friends to create many memories!

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The large dock is deepwater.....bring your boat!

The Boat Dock is deepwater- PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY USE OF THE DOCK IS IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like to bring your boat, we are happy to accommodate but we do request a waiver to be signed

A large pavilion and picnic area are also adjacent to the property.

Guest access

You will have full access to the home, decks and driveway.

There is plenty of free parking on the street out front and a private driveway on the side of the house for a car. Please be respectful to all neighbors while being outdoors or parking. Two parking passes for the street will be provided. These passes need to be left at the property when you depart, there will be a $30 replacement fee for missing passes.

10 Beach Tags will be provided. Unfortunately, sometimes guests may misplace them. If beach tags are missing, there will be a $50 replacement fee.

Ventnor City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Other things to note

There is keyless entry to enter the property. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

This property does have exterior stairs to enter into the front door, off the back deck and to the dock. There are interior stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms and bathrooms.

The property is protected by exterior Security Devices.

*There is NO SMOKING OR PETS permitted in this property. If you smoke outdoors, please be respectful and dispose of any cigarettes properly.

No parties or events allowed, all guests must abide by local noise regulations
