The Overlook

This cute and cozy small apartment is the upper top level of a Duplex. Step into a comfortable space with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. Both bedrooms have Queen Size beds that are adorned with fresh and cozy linens. Each bedroom also has a smart TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)

The kitchen has basic amenities and new appliances. There is a wall bar table and stools.

The Living room is cozy with a fold down futon for additional sleeping and large smart TV for streaming.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, air conditioning/heat and much more! To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls. There is no central air, but there will be window units during the warmer months.

This property is in a great vicinity to all that Atlantic City has to offer! Close to the beach and boardwalk, you can enjoy the sun and ocean, stroll the boardwalk and piers, visit eateries and bars, gamble at the nearby Casinos and shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlets.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night.

Guest access

This apartment is the top floor of a duplex. Guests will have access the entire upstairs apartment. ** Please note that there are stairs to enter this unit. There is another rental on the lower level, so please respectful to the neighbors and other guests during your stay.

There is keyless entry. Your host will be provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The lower level guests share the same front entry but each apartment has it's own separate entrance.

There is no driveway at this property. There is on street parking where available. There is also a parking garage right at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue which is conveniently 1 block from the apartment. There are also several paid parking lots and meters in the area if needed for additional vehicles, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check in information.

***Please be advised of city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

The unit is very busy with guests so there may be signs of usage or common wear and tear.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
