This house offers a great stay within a close proximity to the beach and the best of Ocean City, close to it all!



There are 2 separate units with this property rental. (The units do not have interior access to one another. Each unit also has the option to be rented individually, but this listing includes both)



The ground level unit has a living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen with all appliances, a kitchen island with stools and kitchen table to seat 4.



The ground level unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The upstairs unit has a living room with a comfortable couch, kitchen with. new appliances, a kitchen island with stools and a kitchen table to seat 4.



The second level of the home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. Beach tags will be provided as well.



Guests may also enjoy the front yard, which has seating, a bbq and a fire pit. (Please note that guests must provide their own firewood for the fire pit and propane for the grill)



There is a driveway for off street parking for 2 vehicles at the back of the home. Additional vehicles may park on the block at the front of the home where there is street metered parking.



The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, washer and dryers in each unit and much more!



Please note that there are stairs to enter to the second floor.



THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.


There is a 10pm-7am City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, their privacy and their properties. Please read our house rules and share with all guests. We will not tolerate any violations to the house rules.

Guest access

Guests will have access the entire ground level unit, the upstairs unit, driveway and yard.



There is keyless entry for each unit. Your host will provide you with the door codes approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.



Guests may use the driveway at the side of the home which is accessible from the back of the home, that can fit 2 regular sized vehicles. Guests may park on the block in front of the home as well where there is metered parking available. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their properties when parking.



***Please be advised of any applicable city street signs or meters when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.



The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by exterior security cameras.



We provide a basic starter of guest amenities but following the usage of what is provided, guests must provide their own additional items.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.



We provide a personalized digital house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay.



Beach tags will be provided. Please return all tags before your departure. There will be a $40 fee per lost or missing tag.



Ocean City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.
