Kick back and relax in this calm, quaint and cozy studio apartment. The space is newly renovated and updated with a kitchenette, queen size bed, TV and a beautiful full bathroom with a large shower. Perfect for couples, a small family or a pair of friends, this apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Less than a 5 minute walk to Tropicana Casino. Many local eateries nearby. Enjoy all that Atlantic City has to offer at the Starlite Studio!

The space This cozy and cute space is made to make you feel right at home. The private entrance to this apartment is on the lower level of the home. The studio has a loveseat couch for 2 and a TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a kitchenette with basic amenities, a small refrigerator and a single burner for cooking small meals. There is a comfortable queen bed adorned with cozy linens, and a beautiful full bathroom that has a very large shower. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, and there is a guidebook with local suggestions and recommendations for your stay. There are no temperature controls in this apartment. The temperature is set at an average. There is a heater and a fan for guest use as well. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance. Please respect and adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. The home is a multi-unit and there is another rental upstairs so please be respectful of other guests staying in the upstairs unit. When booking, we ask that you please read our house rules, policies and listing thoroughly and send a message back that you agree to the terms.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire studio apartment with it's own private entrance on the lower level of the home. This is a multi-unit home and there is another rental unit on the upper levels of this home. Each space has it's own separate private entrance and there is no access to one another. There is keyless entry to enter the apartment. Your host will provide you with the check in and access information the day of check in. There is on street parking for vehicles, we provide a residential parking pass to put in the dashboard of your car. Please be sure to return the parking pass prior to your departure. ***Please be advised of city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. Guests DO NOT have access to the driveway or backyard.

NOTE: ***This apartment is in a multi family home. The upper unit of the home is a seperate 3 bedroom unit that is also a property we rent on Airbnb. Be mindful that there is another group of visitors at this location. The Starlite Studio is the unit in the lower section of the home so there is a possibility for noise from the upstairs unit. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and protected by Ring security. There is a keypad for entry into the apartment. You will be provided with the code for the door by your host approximately a hour prior to check in. Atlantic City beaches are free to any visitors, no tags or passes are needed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is a city style area and the homes on this street are close to one another so please keep noise down.
