Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Newly renovated and updated, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is perfect for a retreat.

Cozy up in the comfortable living room, enjoy a meal in the open and spacious kitchen, or savor the outdoor space. Take a stroll to the beach and boardwalk in less than 10 minutes from the home to enjoy the best Atlantic City has to offer. Tropicana Casino is less than a 5 minute walk. There are also many local eateries located close to the property.

THE SPACE Upon entering the home, there is a vestibule area with a bench, perfect for kicking off your shoes. In the front of the home there is also a deck with 2 chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door.

The entry leads into a dining area with a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. There are also additional bar stool seating along the counter top in the kitchen. Off of the dining area is a roomy living room with a comfortable couch and a large TV. Off of the kitchen is a half bathroom, and the door to the backyard. The backyard is a wonderful space to enjoy the outdoors, with seating area under a bistro lit pergola.

The staircase to the second floor leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is in the hallway, and the other is in one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a Queen Size bed with comfortable and freshly cleaned linens as well as large closets. There are also 2 air mattresses provided for additional sleeping arrangements if needed. One of the bedrooms has a TV for your viewing pleasure. We provide bath towels and other amenities for your stay.

The home has WIFI, and their is guidebook with local suggestions and recommendations for your stay. This home has 1 flight of stairs to enter the home and 1 flight of stairs to the second floor bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a flight of stairs when exiting the back door to access the backyard.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM city wide noise ordinance. Please respect and adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am.

We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. This home is a multi-unit and there is another rental downstairs so please be respectful of other guests staying the lower apartment.

When booking, we ask that you please read our house rules, policies and listing thoroughly and send a message to use that you agree to the terms.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The guest entrance is through the front door. Please note that their are steps to enter the home in the front and steps to enter the backyard in the back. There is keyless entry to enter the home. Your house will provide you with the check in and access information the day of check in.

There is a driveway at the home that will fit 2 vehicles. There is also a parking garage at Stockton University less than 5 minutes from the home.

Guests have access to the front deck and the backyard.

NOTES ***This home does have a small studio apartment on the lower level with its own separate private entrance. There is no access between the separate spaces to one another. The Apartment is a another Airbnb rental we ask to be respectful of the guests in the bottom unit. Especially after 10pm.

The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by Ring security.

There is a keypad for entry into the home. You will be provided with the code for the door by your host approximately a hour prior to check in.

The home has stairs. There is a flight of stairs to enter, a flight of stairs to access the backyard and a flight of stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms and bathrooms.

Atlantic City beaches are free to any visitors, no tags or passes are needed.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is a city style area and the homes on this street are close to one another so please keep noise down. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.
