The space

With an abundance of natural light, an outside balcony, and wonderful amenities, enjoy this space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay. A blend of fun and serene style will greet you as you step inside.

The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, cozy sectional couch, a smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), and board games to provide fun & entertainment. Enjoy the cozy, artistic and well designed living area. A beautiful, vibrant jungle inspired mural adorns the main wall in the living room. Custom designed and hand painted by a very talented local artist, Heather Deegan Hires of HeatherArtz.

The sliding glass door opens to an outdoor balcony with seating. The kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops, ample cabinets, new stainless steel appliances & all the features you will need to prepare meals.

The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and stylish ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

BEDROOM 1- Has a king size bed, dresser, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a tub.

BEDROOM 2- Has 2 queen-sized beds, a desk, a closet and a full bath with a stand-up shower.

Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more!

The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.)

Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.

The unit has central air, but being it is a 2 floor unit with 2 levels, at times the power of air conditioning may compete with heat rising.

Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.

Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Booking age requirement is 25 or over.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, other units, the complex property and the home. There is no tolerance for individuals and groups that will be disruptive or disrespectful within this complex. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access

Guests will have access the entire 2 level unit and the outdoor balcony. Please be respectful to the neighbors when being outdoors. There are exterior stairs to enter the unit, and a set of interior stairs in the unit to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the bathrooms.

There is keyless entry to enter the unit. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The property is protected by exterior Ring Doorbell Security.

Please be advised, we have a locked mailbox so if you mail anything to the property it may end up in the locked mailbox. We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to please add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions. We are not responsible for any items guests have shipped to the home.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
