- Great location in the inlet area of AC near Gardner’s basin (a very safe, clean, quiet part of AC)

- 5 min drive to outlets, casinos

- Easy keypad check in

- Nice size porch on front

- Larger yard area great for games or summer nights

- There is carpet in upstairs bedrooms so pets are not allowed unfortunately

- Please respect that this is a family neighborhood so we ask that you respect the 10pm Atlantic City noise ordinance

Our schedule is fully up to date. If it shows as available, it is but is on instant book so first come first serve. If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available.

Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered.

Some weekends and holidays require 2+ day stays. IF YOUR DATES ARE BOOKED, PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS.

Large open kitchen great for entertaining or bigger groups who want to save some money by eating in.

3 nice size bedrooms:

- The master bedroom has a queen bed. It is also connected to a private full bathroom.

- The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds

- The third bedroom has one queen bed

- Full bathroom shared on 2nd floor

- 1/2 bath on first floor

- Additional sleeping spaces: the living room has a queen sleeper sofa,

-2 car driveway parking and ample free street parking in from (please limit to 3 cars total)

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

MINIMUM AGE IS 21 for all guests not accompanied by a parent. We are not responsible for underage drinking. Absolutely no loud parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. You may be asked to provide valid ID upon check in

The house sleeps up to 8 Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort. If you have groups larger than 9 people please consider renting 2+ houses. Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, and Paloma Playce are all within a few steps of each other on the same street. We also have larger luxury homes as well.

Guest access

All areas of the house, yard, porch

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

Other things to note

There is a city wide noise ordinance to be mindful of which is 10 PM, this is not just our policy, it’s for all Airbnb’s in AC. While we understand that a lot of groups come to have a good time please remain respectful. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties, and no events.

Please keep in mind that our properties are very busy with guests consistently so minor wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections may be possible. We do try to the best of our ability to correct things in an efficient manner but in some cases we may be faced with a time restriction between reservations.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options, we are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities. Guests must bring their own beach towels, beach items, and anything else not listed in the amenities that they may need. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities.
