The space

In the front of the home there is also a deck with chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door.



The entry leads into a dining area with a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. Off of the dining area is a roomy living room with a comfortable couch and a large TV (There is no cable for the TVs, only streaming apps). Off of the kitchen is a full bathroom, and off the other side is the door to the back deck. The back deck is a wonderful space to enjoy the outdoors, with seating area.



The staircase to the second floor leads to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the hallway. Please be sure the sleeping arrangements meet your needs.

Bedroom 2- 1 King Sized bed w/ Smart TV


Bedroom 3- Bunk beds- the bottom is a full and the top bunk is a single.



Each bedroom has comfortable and freshly cleaned linens.



To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.



*Parking: there is a front driveway parking lot which will fit 2 cars . We can also provide guests with temporary parking permits to park on the streets around the property.



There is ample street parking. There is also a parking garage at Stockton University less than 5 minutes from the home.



The home has WIFI, and there is guidebook with local suggestions and recommendations for your stay. This home has 1 flight of stairs to enter the home and 1 flight of stairs to the second floor bedrooms and bathrooms.



This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM city wide noise ordinance. Please respect and adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am.



We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. This home is a multi-unit and there is another rental downstairs so please be respectful of other guests staying the lower apartment.



When booking, we ask that you please read our house rules, policies and listing thoroughly and send a message to use that you agree to the terms.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.



Guests have access to the front and back decks.



The guest entrance is through the front door. Please note that their are steps to enter the home in the front.



There is keyless entry to enter the home. You will be provided with the code for the door by your host approximately a hour prior to check in.

Other things to note

***This home does have a small studio apartment on the lower level with its own separate private entrance. There is no access between the separate spaces to one another. The Apartment has tenants and we ask to be respectful of the tenants in the bottom unit. Especially after 10pm.



The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by security cameras.



The home has stairs. There is a flight of stairs to enter and a flight of stairs to the 2nd level bedrooms and bathrooms.



Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is a city style area and the homes on this street are close to one another so please keep noise down. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.



Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons, there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.



Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.



Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
