The space Enjoy this alluring and picturesque home that is full of character and wonderful amenities all while being in a marvelous location just a stroll away from the boardwalk and ocean. The main level living space has a sitting room with a couch, comfy chair and a fun foosball table, a living room with a couch and a smart TV for viewing pleasure, a dining room with a table for 6-8 people, a well stocked kitchen with all appliances and a full bathroom. There is a large porch in the front of the home, and off of the kitchen is a back deck with outdoor seating and a charcoal grill. (Please be advised that we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid, guests must provide their own). The 2nd floor has a spacious and appealing master bedroom with a queen sized bed, a smart TV & an en suite master bath which features a double vanity, a tub and a stand up shower. There are also 2 other bedrooms with queen sized beds and a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample clothing storage and cozy linens. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds. In addition there is also a lounge room with a sectional sofa and smart TV. Bed linens, towels and other amenities will be provided for your stay. The home has WIFI and a guidebook with location suggestions and recommendations for your stay. There is a flight of stairs to enter, stairs to the second floor and stairs to the third floor. There is also a flight of stairs from the deck to the backyard. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM city wide noise ordinance. Please respect and adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm-7am. Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. You must be 25 and over to book, and the booking individual must be present the duration of the stay. When booking, we ask that you please read our house rules, policies and listing thoroughly and send a message to use that you agree to the terms.

Guest access Guests will have access the entire home, front patio and back deck. There is a lockbox with a key on the front door for your access. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. There is no driveway at this property. Guests may park directly in front of the home or across the street where available. ***Please be advised of any applicable city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by exterior camera security.

Other things to note We provide a personalized house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay. We live in the city and are available 24/7 for your guest services. - Cozy Cohost LLC Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
