The space

This house offers a great stay within a close proximity to the beach and the best of Atlantic City. Located in the desirable Lower Chelsea area, just a few blocks from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Beach!

The main level has a living room with 2 sleeper sofas, a tv (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), a dining space and a half bathroom. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you will need for meals. There is a drinks station with accessories to whip up your favorite cocktail.

The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Bedroom 1- 1 King Bed with a full ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed

Bedroom 3- 1 King Bed

There is an upper sitting balcony off of Bedroom 3 at the front of the house.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

There is off street parking where available. You will be provided with residential parking permits to use in designated areas with applicable signage if needed. There is a very narrow driveway on the side of the house that will only fit 1 very small vehicle, it will not be suitable for larger vehicles.

There is a charcoal grill for guests to use. *Please note that we do not supply charcoal or supplies for the grill.

There is also a detached laundry room that guests may use during their stay.

The home is also equipped with high speed Wifi, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!

Please note that there are a few steps to enter the home and stairs to the second floor.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, their privacy, and their properties. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home.

There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

This property is an attached style home, so there is another residence directly to the left with tenants. Please be respectful to the neighbors and respectful of their property.

Other things to note

***Please be advised of any applicable city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

The home is equipped with high speed WIFI and protected by exterior Ring security cameras.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. This is a city style area and the homes on this street are close to one another so please keep noise down. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons, there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
