The space

Enjoy this adorable and cozy space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay and feeling of Atlantic City Coastal Living! A blend of tasteful coastal style and warmth will greet you as you step inside, all while being a 5 minute walk to the Beach and Boardwalk!

We will consider 1 pet but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is an additional fee of $75. Not all breeds or weights may be permitted. All pets must be fully housebroken and well behaved. You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. (Please see per rules below in description)

The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table for 4, a comfy sectional couch that pulls out for additional sleeping, a smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) for your viewing pleasure and board games to provide some extra fun & entertainment. Enjoy the cozy, fun, and well designed living area. The sliding glass door is open to an outdoor area that overlooks the Island Waterpark. The kitchen is well appointed with ample cabinets, appliances & all the features you will need to prepare meals.

The 1 bedroom is tastefully designed and includes a wall mounted smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), desk/vanity, a king-size bed, and cozy bed linens. There is one full bathroom off of the bedroom with a tub/shower and closet storage. To make your travels and stay easy & very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a drip and keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!

The unit is in a private complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space, which will be provided to you with your check-in directions. (Please note that you can only park in the one assigned parking space. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for, or there are some metered locations on S New Jersey Avenue.)

Please note that, like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control, and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.

Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.

Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.

***Please be aware that this unit is right next to the new Waterpark, so there is the potential of noise and foot traffic.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Booking age requirement is 21 or over.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, other units, the complex property, and the home. There is no tolerance for individuals and groups that will be disruptive or disrespectful within this complex. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Pet Rules:

Please review the following guidelines when staying with your fur baby!

- Pet must be fully vaccinated

-Guests agree to never leave their pet unattended for a long period of time and always keep their pet under control. When not with the pet, the pet must be caged or contained.

-Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s).

-Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) that exceeds the policy limit or is not covered under the damage insurance policy.

-If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be reported to Airbnb.

-Guests agree that their pet is housebroken.

-Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements.

-Guests agree to clean up after their pet(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly.

-Guests agree to keep pet(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately.

Guest access

Guests will have access the entire single level, 1 bedroom unit. Please be respectful to the neighbors at all times. There are no stairs to enter this unit, it is main level.

There is keyless entry to enter the unit. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The property is protected by exterior Ring Doorbell Security.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
