This rental is for the entire home.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room area, kitchen, laundry area, front porch, back deck, back yard and driveway. This home does also have a ramp on the side of the home with access to the back door.

Upon entering the home through the front entrance, you will be greeted with an open concept common living space. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch, a chair and ottoman, coffee table, end tables and a large TV (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps). It is warm, inviting and tastefully decorated.

There is a dining area that will seat 6-8 which overlooks into the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all newer appliances, coffee machine, cookware, soaps and other amenities. This main floor is wonderful for enjoying a getaway with family of friends, as the layout is ideal for interacting with one another. Whether watching TV in the living room, playing a game in the dining area or cooking a meal in the kitchen, all groups will be able to converse and interact well within this beautiful space.

There is also a full bathroom on the main level off of the kitchen that has a stall shower.

The upstairs 2nd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.

The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen Bed with a full trundle, the 2nd bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a twin trundle and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed. There also an additional twin fold out bed frame and mattress in the closet if needed for more sleeping arrangements, as well as an air mattress. Each bedroom also has a TV for your viewing pleasure, as well as ample closet and storage space.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The 2nd floor full bathroom is spacious, and there is a laundry area across the hallway. Guests may use the washer and dryer, but please be advised that we do not supply laundry detergents.

You may use the front porch, back deck or back yard. The front porch and back deck have outdoor seating. There is a charcoal grill in the back for guests use. *Please note that we do not supply charcoal or amenities for the grill. Guests must bring their own.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.

There is keyless entry. All guests will be provided with a door code for the front door entrance. This access code as well as other information for your stay will be released approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

There is a 2 car driveway on the left side of the home available for guests to use. You may also park directly in front of the home. The driveway is connected to the neighbors with no divider, so always be sure to stay on our side closest to the home. You can park 2 cars but it must be in single file to ensure you are not on the neighbor's side.

Please be sure to not block any sidewalks or driveways when parking. This is an attached home, so please be respectful of the neighbors, their property and their privacy.


There is a 10PM City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night.

We ask that you please respect the home and our neighbors. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree with the terms when booking this property.

Other things to note

There is a flight stairs in this home from the main level to the 2nd level as well as a few steps up to the front porch entrance and off of the back deck. There is a ramp on the side of the home which leads to the oversized back door.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
