The space

The home is newly updated and perfect for a retreat! Located in the great neighborhood of Bungalow Park, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, the beach, boardwalk and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

The home has a living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) and in the living room. The dining table accommodates 6, with 5 additional stools at the kitchen counter bar top.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Hallway bathroom - full bath w/ tub

Additional Sleeping- There is 1 air mattresses provided

Downstairs there is 1 bedroom w/ 1 queen bed, and 1 full bathroom w/ tub.

The downstairs also has a pool table, foosball table, card game table, board games and an additional room with a single sleeper chair.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home has Wifi and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

There is a small driveway for 1 vehicle to off street park at this property but there is street parking. Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.

Other things to note

This home has stairs to enter/exit in the front. There are also stairs to go down to the ground floor.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
