Bayside Bungalow

The home is adorable and perfect for a retreat! Renovated and freshly designed, it has charm from the inside out! Located in the great neighborhood of Bungalow Park, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, the beach, boardwalk and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

There is a front porch, perfect for sitting outside to get some fresh air or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also seating in the back yard, a fire pit area, a pergola area with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill and fire pit in the backyard. (Please note that we do not supply charcoal, grill accessories, or firewood)

The home has an open concept common area with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large TV and roomy seating area in the living room (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The dining table accommodates 4, and there are 2 stools for the kitchen bar counter.

There is an office off of the living room at the front of the home when you enter that has a desk and chair as well as a small couch that can open to a double sized sleeper. There are french doors for privacy, making it perfect for remote work or school.

There are 2 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). ***Through one of the bedrooms, you can access the converted and finished attic space where there are 2 twin beds. Please note that the ceilings are low, making it a great space for children.

There are 2 full bathrooms.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home has Wifi, and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Use of the front porch, back deck and yard is also permitted.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

There is no driveway or off-street parking at this property, but there is ample street parking. Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking. Do not block driveways or sidewalks.

Other things to note

This home has stairs to enter/exit in the front and back. There are also stairs to go up to the Attic space.

There are mini splits in each room of the home for temperature controls. Guests may set them to their liking.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
