The space

The home is adorable and perfect for a retreat! Freshly designed, it has charm from the inside out! Located in the great neighborhood of Bungalow Park, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, the beach, boardwalk and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

There is a small front porch, perfect for sitting outside to get some fresh air or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a backyard with a charcoal grill. (Please note that we do not supply charcoal or grill accessories)

The home has a living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) and in the living room. The dining table accommodates 4. The kitchen is very equipped with a lot of cabinets and much counter space. There is a half bath on the main level off the kitchen area.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 full bathroom.

Additional Sleeping- There are 2 air mattresses provided

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home has Wifi and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. Use of the front porch and back yard is also permitted.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

There is no off street parking at this property but there is street parking. Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking, do not block driveways or sidewalks.

Other things to note

This home has stairs to enter/exit in the front and back. There are also stairs to go up to the 2nd floor.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
